FASCIA ALCHEMY: Restore the Body, Reclaim the Spirit

Most of my work has always come from a place of deep intuition, guided by a gift I was born with. My way of healing has always been uniquely mine, shaped by spirit, experience, and presence. But every so often, something speaks my name so clearly I can’t ignore it.

In 2024, one of those callings came through Maria at Magical Hands Healing. I was four months into grieving Ramón, deep into work, and I already did trauma work with my clients through Reiki. But that training with Maria changed everything. It felt like stepping through a portal. It reminded me of what I had always known in my body but hadn’t yet put into words: healing is never just physical. The body, mind, and spirit are never separate. The body remembers everything, even when your mind believes you’ve moved on.

Thanks to my fascia work, I’ve had the honor of traveling the world supporting people who felt trapped inside their own bodies. People whose trauma lived in their tissues, breath, and posture. Fascia release is the art of working with the connective tissue that holds and links every part of the body. When approached with care, it has the power to unlock years of stored emotion and energetic blocks. It restores flow and reconnects people to the receptacle they live in.

Helping people access freedom again became my life’s mission. And I’ve taken that work seriously, with reverence, responsibility, and gratitude.

Until now, I never felt ready to teach it. I needed to be certain I had something meaningful to offer. I had to live it.

Today, with Maria’s blessing, I am ready to teach Fascia Alchemy for the first time.

This is trauma-informed, energetically guided bodywork rooted in sacred responsibility. It is for anyone who holds space for others—Reiki practitioners, healers, bodyworkers—or anyone who feels called to explore this kind of work, even without prior experience.

We will be working hands-on, supported by strong foundational theory, and held in a safe, intentional container.

Capacity is intentionally small. I'll only be opening 10 spots for this class - I want to be able to show up fully for every single person in the room. That means personalized attention, meaningful mentorship, and a space where your own healing is just as important as what you’ll learn to offer others. You will be met where you are and supported into where you are meant to go.
