HEALING IS THE REVOLUTION

Last Saturday, we gathered for community Reiki, and it was deeply moving. The energy, the intention, the shared care. It reminded us of what’s possible when we slow down and hold space for one another.

And still, we know there is a long way to go.

People are suffering. Families are being torn apart. Children are being arrested. The news feels darker by the day, and pretending it isn’t happening does not protect us from its weight.

Healing means staying present. Choosing care, connection, and humanity even when things feel overwhelming.

Healed souls heal others.

And through healing, we will make it through.

This Saturday, we will gather again. Same time. Still free. Still open to everyone. Whether you were here for the first one, or if you're new - we'd love to have you.

We will come together with healing intentions for those who are hurting, for families impacted directly and indirectly, and for anyone carrying fear, grief, anger, or exhaustion. For those trying to stay strong when it feels impossible.

Healing is an act of resistance.

Healing is community.

Healing is the revolution.
