Grateful to be able to open a safe space to go with in as a community and take a moment to recenter.
We will be doing mediation, energy clearling and reiki.
Please be ready with a quiet space, we will be meditating so please make sure you are comfortable, journal is recommended for self reflection time and an open mind and a pure heart.
