What is Reiki?

The word “Reiki” comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning life energy.
It is a type of energy healing that aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks caused by physical injury or emotional pain.
As an ancient practice, it goes back 2,500 years - that we know of.

My Reiki Story

​

I started my journey with Reiki after the loss of my 14-year marriage which left me with severe depression and anxiety. I felt lost and my soul needed comfort.

​

I was seeking deep spiritual guidance. After a few keystrokes, I found Reiki.

​

I scheduled my first session back in 2016 and little did I know the path this beautiful, gentle yet powerful energy healing modality would bring into my life.

​

Reiki has been the gateway to my personal healing and is now my purpose! I hope you find and build your personal relationship with Reiki, and I would love to assist you in that path.
